When things go wrong at your home, we understand that you want them resolved quickly. That is why our repair service aims to sort out any problems as soon as possible. But please remember that our service is there to fix problems that have been caused by general wear and tear and not damage that has been caused by you or visitors to your home.

If you see a member of our staff in your community you can report a repair to them or you can visit our offices in person during working hours.
If the work you are asking for is our responsibility, we will tell you if it will be done quickly or added to our planned maintenance programme. This is when the repair isn’t an emergency and we are able to plan in similar work at yours and your neighbours' homes at the same time.
You will be contacted 21 days before any planned works to your home providing you with details about the work and the contractor we have appointed to carry out the work on our behalf.
